ارزیابی تاثیر سطح افشای مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی بر عملکرد مالی بانک ها با تاکید بر اخلاقیات

مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت تعهدی فراتر از الزمات قانونی و اقتصادی است که در آن، شرکت مسائل اخلاقی و مشارکت در توسعه اقتصادی را ضمن بهبود کیفیت نیروی کار، در مقیاسی وسیع تر یعنی جامعه مورد توجه قرار می دهد و فرآیند تجاری خود را به گونه ای مدیریت می کندکه اثرات مثبتی در جامعه به همراه داشته باشد.بانک ها با پیامدهای اجتماعی و محیطی سرمایه‌گذاری یکی از حساسترین بنگاه های اقتصادی در رابطه با مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی است که به دنبال جنبش بانکداری اخلاقی درجهت توسعه اجتماعی واقتصادی در یک جامعه می باشد. بر این اساس هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی تاثیر سطح افشای مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی بر عملکرد مالی بانک ها است. در راستای هدف پژوهش، داده های 10 بانک پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران، طی دوره زمانی 1390 تا 1397، با استفاده از نرم افزار eviews تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که سطح افشای مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی بانک ها تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر حاشیه سود قبل از کسر بهره و مالیات و استهلاک (ebitda) دارد، همچنین سطح افشای مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی بانک ها تاثیر منفی و معناداری بر نسبت ارزش بازار به ارزش دفتری سهام(mtb) دارد. این نتایج لزوم توجه بانک مرکزی برای ایجاد استانداردهای مدون و الزام به گزارشگری یکپارچه برای افشای مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی در بانک ها را مطرح می سازد.

assessing the impact of level of social responsibility disclosure on banks' financial performance with emphasis on ethics

corporate social responsibility is a commitment beyond the legal and economic requirements in which the company addresses ethical issues and participates in economic development while improving the quality of the workforce on a broader scale, namely society and managing its business process banking with the social and environmental consequences of investing is one of the most sensitive enterprises in terms of social responsibility, which is looking for the ethical banking movement for social and economic development in a society. accordingly, the purpose of this study is to evaluate the impact of the level of disclosure of social responsibility on the financial performance of banks. for the purpose of this study, the data of 10 banks listed in tehran stock exchange during the period 2011-2011 were analyzed using eviews software. the findings show that the level of disclosure of social responsibility of banks has a positive and significant effect on ebitda, as well as the level of disclosure of social responsibility of banks has a negative effect. and has a significant effect on the market value to book value (mtb) ratio. these results suggest the need for the central bank to establish standardized standards and the need for integrated reporting to disclose social responsibility in banks.
