شناسایی و تبیین ابعاد مشارکت ذی‌نفعان در شکل‌گیری خط‌مشی‌های گردشگری پایدار (مورد مطالعه: شهر تهران)

مقدمه: امروزه، گردشگری یکی از پردرآمدترین و پررونق ترین زمینه‌های کسب وکار می باشد که متاسفانه در ایران در سالیان اخیر موفقیت قابل‌توجهی در این حوزه حاصل نشده است. در این راستا، مشارکت ذی‌نفعان مختلف در رشد و توسعه بلندمدت صنعت گردشگری بسار مهم و حیاتی است و عدم نقش آفرینی موثر ذی‌نفعان مانع استفاده از ظرفیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های می‌شود. از این رو، در این تحقیق تلاش شد ابعاد مشارکت ذی‌نفعان در شکل‌گیری خط‌مشی‌های گردشگری پایدار شناسایی و تبیین گردد.مواد و روش‌ها: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف توسعه ای- کاربردی بوده و در زمره تحقیقات آمیخته است. در مرحله کیفی تحقیق از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با خبرگان و تکنیک تحلیل تم استفاده شد. مشارکت کنندگان در این مرحله 21 نفر از خبرگان بودند که به شکل هدفمند انتخاب شدند. هم چنین، در مرحله کمی به منظور آزمون اعتبار یافته‌های مرحله کیفی، از روش تحلیل عاملی تاییدی استفاده شد. بدین منظور، از 186 مدیران و کارشناسان حوزه گردشگری در شهرداری تهران با پرسشنامه محقق ساخته نظرخواهی شد. روش محاسبه حجم نمونه فرمول کوکران و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده بود.نتایج: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که برای مشارکت ذی‌نفعان در زمینه شکل دهی به خط‌مشی‌های گردشگری پایدار، پنج بعد شناخت، جذب، بسترسازی، پشتیبانی و هدایتگری و نه مولفه شناسایی شد. هم چنین، نتایج بخش کمی نشان داد که ابعاد و مولفه های شناسایی شده مورد تایید است.بحث و نتیجه گیری: مشارکت ذی‌نفعان در شکل‌دهی به خط‌مشی‌های گردشگری پایدار دارای ابعاد چندگانه است که تحقق آن می تواند نتایج ارزشمندی به همراه داشته است.

identifying and explaining the dimensions of stakeholders' participation in theformation of sustainable tourism policies (case study: tehran)

introduction: today, tourism is one of the most profitable and prosperous business fields,which unfortunately has not achieved significant success in iran in recent years. in thisregard, the participation of various stakeholders in the long-term growth and development ofthe tourism industry is very important and vital, and the lack of effective role-playing of thestakeholders prevents the use of capacities and capabilities. therefore, in this research, anattempt was made to identify and explain the dimensions of stakeholders' participation in theformation of sustainable tourism policies.materials & methods: the current research is developmental-applicative in terms ofpurpose and is among mixed research. in the qualitative phase of the research, semistructuredinterviews with experts and theme analysis techniques were used. the participantsin this stage were 21 experts who were selected purposefully. also, in the quantitative stage,in order to test the validity of the findings of the qualitative stage, confirmatory factoranalysis method was used. for this purpose, 186 managers and experts in the field of tourismin tehran municipality were asked for their opinions with a researcher-made questionnaire.the method of calculating the sample size was cochran's formula and simple randomresults: the findings of the research showed that for the participation of stakeholders in thefield of shaping sustainable tourism policies, five dimensions of recognition, attraction,foundation, support and guidance and nine components were identified. also, the results ofthe quantitative section showed that the identified dimensions and components areconfirmed.conclusion: stakeholders' participation in shaping sustainable tourism policies has multipledimensions, as a result of which valuable results are obtained.
