گزارش گاماروس (gammarus parthicus) در شرق کشور (خراسان جنوبی، بیرجند) به همراه توزیع فراوانی طول بدن و ارتباط تعداد تخم با قسمت‌های مختلف بدن

هدف از این مطالعه بررسی توزیع فراوانی طولی گاماروس ها (gammarus parthicus) (نر و ماده) و هم چنین ارتباط تعداد تخم با قسمت‌های مختلف بدن (سر، پشت، دم) می‌باشد. نمونه‌برداری از قنات ماسن شهرستان بیرجند در چهار فصل بهار، تابستان، پاییز و زمستان، سال 98 انجام شد. جمعاً در طی 4 فصل 252 گاماروس صید شدند. برای اندازه‌گیری نمونه‌ها از استریومیکروسکوپ و کاغذ میلی‌متری استفاده گردید و از نمونه‌ها عکس‌برداری شد. طول از ابتدای سر (رسترم) تا نوک دم (تلسون) اندازه‌گیری شد. علاوه بر این طول سر، پشت و دم نیز به‌صورت جداگانه اندازه‌گیری شدند. نرم‌افزار image-j برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل عکس‌های حاصله استفاده گردید.میانگین طول کلی گاماروس‌های نر در چهارفصل به‌صورت میانگین و خطای استاندارد به ترتیب برای نرها (1/21±15/75 میلی‌متر) و ماده‌ها (1/43±12/93 میلی‌متر) بود. نسبت‌های جنسی (نر به ماده) برحسب فصول، اختلاف داشتند. بیش ترین مقدار در فصل بهار (1/39)، و کم ترین در فصل زمستان (0/30) مشاهده شد. طول کلی بدن به‌صورت مدلی از متغیرهای طول سر، طول دم و فصل به دست آمد. تعداد تخم، پس از شکافتن کیسه تخمی به ازای ماده‌های بارور از یک نمونه گاماروس ها پس از 10 روز نگه داری در اتاق کشت (شبیه‌سازی شرایط تولیدمثل) شمارش شدند. تعداد تخم به‌صورت مدلی از طول سر و طول دم به دست آمد. مشاهده گاماروس در شرق ایران با اثر تغییرات شرایط زمان (فصل) در دوره زندگی این‌گونه گزارش گردید.

report of gammarus parthicus in the east of iran (south khorasan, birjand) along with the frequency distribution of body length and the relationship between the number of eggs and different parts of the body

the goal of this study was to investigate in gammarus parthicus, body length frequency distribution (male, female) and relationship between clutch size and different body parts (head, pereon, pleon). sampling from a qanat in 2019 was done in birjand city (spring, summer, autumn and winter). totally, 252 gammaruses were cached. in each sampling, one hour was attempted to catch gammaruses by a hand sieve with one mm mesh size. length was measured from the beginning of the head (rostrum) to the end of tail (telson). in addition, head, back and tail length were measured separately. image-j software was used to analyze the resulted images. the mean total length of males and females gammaruses in four seasons were (mean±se) (15.75±1.21) and (12.93±1.43) respectively. sex ratios differed according to the seasons. the total body length was obtained as a model of the explanatory variables including head length, tail length and season. the total body length was obtained as a model of the explanatory variables including head length, tail length and season. the number of eggs (clutch size) per fertilized female was obtained by tearing the bag of eggs. tthe climate room was used to simulate the reproduction conditions. the number of eggs was obtained as a model of head length and tail length. the report of gammarus in the east of iran and the influence of season in life cycle of the gammarus.
