ارزیابی اثر کشت مخلوط درخت توت در مقایسه با حالت کشت منفرد آن بر عملکرد صفات اقتصادی کرم ابریشم (Bombyx Mori L)

تحقیق حاضر جهت بررسی اثرات کشت مخلوط درخت توت در مقایسه با حالت کشت منفرد توت بر عملکرد زیستی کرم ابریشم انجام گرفت. در این آزمایش، از کشت مخلوط ماشک، لوبیا، ذرت علوفه‌ای، کدو خورشتی و ترب در میان ردیف‌های توت  و در تک کشتی از توت خاصل استفاده شد. به منظور ارزیابی کیفی برگ‌های تولیدشده پس از کشت گیاهان مورد اشاره، برگ‌ها در تغذیه کرم ‌ابریشم استفاده شد. این تحقیق در قالب یک طرح کاملاً تصادفی و سه تکرار به ازای هر تیمار به اجرا در آمد. هر تکرار شامل صد و پنجاه عدد لارو یک‌روزه، از آمیخته تجاری 153×154 کرم ابریشم بود. پرورش لاروها، مطابق روش‌های استاندارد رایج مرکز تحقیقات ابریشم کشور انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که تعداد کل پیله، تعداد پیله خوب، وزن کل پیله ها، وزن پیله خوب و وزن یک پیله ماده و نر در تیمار توتباقلا به طور معنی‌داری بالاترین مقدار نسبت به تیمار تک کشتی توت را دارا بودند (0/05>p). هم چنین تعداد پیله‌های خوب زنده در تیمار توتباقلا  به طور معنی‌داری بیش از سایر تیمارها بود (0/05>p). به طور کلی نتایج نشان داد که نوع گیاه کاشته شده همراه با درخت توت، اثر معنی دار مثبتی بر بیش تر صفات مربوط به عملکرد کرم ابریشم نسبت به کشت منفرد توت دارد.

Evaluation of the effect of mulberry tree cultivation mixture compared to its single cultivation mode on the performance of silkworm economic traits (Bombyx mori L)

The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of mulberry mixture cultivation compared to single mulberry cultivation mode on the biological performance of silkworm. In this experiment, a mixture of mung bean, bean, fodder corn, pumpkin stew and horseradish was used among the rows of berries, and in a single ship, special berries were used. In order to evaluate the quality of the leaves produced after the cultivation of the mentioned plants, the leaves were used in silkworm feeding. The study was conducted in a completely randomized design with three replications per treatment. Each replicate consisted of one hundred and fiftyonedayold larvae of the 154×153 commercial hybrids. The larvae were bred according to the standard methods of the Iran Silk Research Center (ISRC). The results showed that the total number of cocoons, the number of good cocoons, the total weight of the cocoons, the weight of the good cocoon and the weight of one female and male cocoon in the berrybean treatment had the highest value compared to the single treatment of mulberry (P<0.05). Also, the number of alive good cocoons in the berrybean treatment was significantly higher than other treatments (P<0.05). In general, the results showed that the type of plant planted with the mulberry tree had a significant positive effect on most traits of silkworms compared to single planting.
