تاثیر عصاره زنجبیل (zingiber officinale) بر شاخص های رشد، بازماندگی و ترکیب لاشه ماهی قزل‌آلای رنگین‌کمان (oncorhynchus mykiss)

در سال های اخیر استفاده از محرک های ایمنی با منشاء گیاهی در پرورش آبزیان گسترش یافته است. زنجبیل دارای خواص فراونی است و اغلب به عنوان گیاه دارویی و ادویه ای مورد استفاده غذایی قرار می گیرد. در مطالعه حاضر، اثرات سطوح مختلف عصاره زنجبیل در جیره غذایی بر شاخص های رشد، بازماندگی و ترکیبات بیوشیمیایی لاشه ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان با میانگین وزنی 3/60±45/80 گرم در مدت 56 روز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. 750 قطعه ماهی به صورت کاملاً تصادفی در 15 مخزن استوانه ای فایبرگلاس 3000 لیتری توزیع شدند. عصاره زنجبیل در پنج سطح 0، 1، 3، 6 و10 گرم بر کیلوگرم به جیره غذایی افزوده شد و ماهیان در شرایط یکسان پرورشی به مدت 8 هفته تغذیه شدند. نتایج نشان داد که نرخ رشد ویژه، درصد افزایش وزن بدن و میانگین رشد روزانه و ضریب تبدیل غذایی در تیمار 10 گرم بر کیلوگرم اختلاف معنی داری با تیمار شاهد داشتند (0/05>p )، در حالی که از نظر بازماندگی، شاخص گنادوسوماتیک، شاخص وضعیت و ضریب کارائی پروتئین اختلاف معنی  داری را نشان ندادند (0/05

The effect of Zingiber officinale extract on growth factors, survival and carcass composition in Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

In recent years, the use of plantbased safety stimuli in aquaculture has become increasingly common. Ginger has many properties and is often used as a medicinal and spice plant for food use. In the present study, the effects of different levels of ginger extract on diet were evaluated on growth indices, survival and carcass biochemical composition of rainbow trout with a mean weight of 45.80±3.60 g for 56 days. The present study was conducted to evaluate different levels of ginger extract Zingiber officinale on growth indices, carcass biochemical composition, hematological and blood biochemical parameters of rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss with an average weight of 45.80±3.60 g for 56 days. Seven hundred and fifty fish were randomly distributed in fifteen 3000L cylindrical fiberglass tanks. Fish were distributed completely randomly in 15 cylindrical 3,000liter fiberglass tanks. Ginger extract in five levels of 0, 1, 3, 6 and 10 g/kg was added to the experimental diet and the fish were fed for 8 weeks in the same culture conditions. Results showed that specific growth rate, body weight gain and average daily growth rate and feed conversion ratio were significantly different in the 10 gr/kg group (p < 0.05), whereas gonadosomatic index, condition index and protein efficiency coefficient showed no significant difference (P>0.05). Also, the ginger extract did not affect body protein, fat, ash and moisture content (P>0.05). The results showed that adding 1% of ginger to the diet improved growth indices in rainbow trout.
