اولین گزارش خفاش نعل ‏اسبی مدیترانه ‏ای (rhinolophus euryale) در استان مازندران

راسته خفاش ‏ها در ایران شامل نه خانواده و 52 گونه شناخته ‏شده است. پنج گونه از خانواده rhinolophidae در ایران گزارش شده است. همه‏ اعضای این خانواده به وسیله‏ وجود شکل نعل‏ اسب در جلوی برگه بینی شناخته می ‏شوند، که ریخت ‏شناسی آن می‏ تواند صفت تشخیصی بین گونه‏ ها باشد. خصوصیات دیگری که معمولاً برای تشخیص گونه‏ های خانواده rhinolophidae استفاده می ‏شود شامل اندازه‏ های خارجی، جمجمه و دندان است. یکی از پنج گونه ایرانی، خفاش‏ نعل‏ اسبی مدیترانه ‏ای (rhinolophus euryale) است که در استان‏ های اصفهان، فارس، کردستان، لرستان، آذربایجان غربی، چهارمحال بختیاری، گلستان، همدان، ایلام، کرمانشاه، خراسان رضوی، خراسان شمالی و خوزستان گزارش شده است. در این مطالعه، یک جمعیت از r. euryale از شهر رستمکلا (استان مازندران) به عنوان اولین گزارش از این استان یافت گردید. خفاش r. euryale به وسیله دست و تور در ماه‏ های مهر و آبان ماه سال 1396 از رستمکلاجمع‏ آوری شده است. نمونه ‏ها به وسیله کلید شناسایی تشخیص داده شدند. در این مطالعه 16 صفت مورفومتری خارجی و 12 صفت مورفومتری جمجمه و دندان اندازه ‏گیری شدند و آماره‏ ها گزارش شده است. همه‏ نمونه ‏ها بالغ بوده و فقط یکی از نمونه ‏ها انگل خارجی داشت. اندازه‏ های صورت گرفته نشان از اولین گزارش این گونه و آماره‏ های آن از استان مازندران است

First record of Mediterranean horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus euryale) in Mazandaran province

The bats (Order: Chiroptera) includes nine families and 52 identified species in Iran. Five species of Rhinolophidae family have been reported from Iran. All members of this family are characterized by the presence of a horseshoeshaped anterior nose leaf, the morphology of which can be diagnostic between species. Other characters commonly used to distinguish Rhinolophid species include external and craniodental measurements. One of the five species is Mediterranean horseshoe bat (Rhinolophus euryale) reported from Isfahan, Fars, Kurdestan, Lorestan, Western Azerbaijan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Golestan, Hamedan, Ilam, Kermanshah, Razavi Khorasan, Northern Khorasan and Khuzestan provinces. It was found a population of R.euryale from Rostamkola city (Mazandaran province) as the first record in this province. Eleven specimens (5 males and 6 females) of R.euryale were collected from Rostamkola by hand and net during October and November 2017. Specimens were identified by available keys. Biometric characters comprise 16 external morphometric and 12 craniodental morphometric characters were measured and statistic was reported. All specimens were mature and only one of them had exoparasite. Our results claim first report of this species and its statistic in Mazandaran province.
