بررسی صفات مورفومتریک و شمارشی گکوی سنگی تیغه‌ دار (Cyrtopodion Scabrum) در استان گلستان

سوسماران در چرخه‌های زیستی نقش مهمی دارند و به‌ طور مستقیم یا غیرمستقیم نیز با انسان در ارتباط‌ اند. شناسایی فون هر منطقه از ضروری‌ ترین و مهم‌ ترین تحقیقات زیستی و پایه‌ای در آن منطقه می‌ باشد. استان گلستان به دلیل جایگاه جغرافیایی ویژه‌ که دارد، دارای آب‌ و هوای گوناگونی است. در این تحقیق تعداد 26 نمونه گکوی سنگی تیغه‌ دار از خرداد 1394 لغایت شهریور 1397 از ایستگاه‌ های مختلف استان گلستان با دست و تور جمع‌ آوری گردید. پس از تهیه عکس، نمونه‌ها در الکل 75% تثبیت و با استفاده از منابع معتبر شناسایی شدند. 14 صفت مورفومتریک و 13 صفت مریستیک کلیه‌ نمونه‌ها به‌ دست آمد. جنسیت نمونه‌های بالغ با مشاهده‌ منافذ پیش‌ مخرجی در نرها و عدم وجود آن در ماده‌ ها و در نهایت با تشریح مختصر نمونه‌ ها و بررسی غدد تناسلی تعیین گردید. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل توصیفی  spss (ویرایش 22)، آنالیزهای t-test، کروسکال والیس (kruskal wallis test) و pca استفاده شد. بر مبنای آمار توصیفی در میانگین صفات در بین نمونه‌های نر و ماده، تفاوت‌ هایی با اختلاف اندک مشاهده گردید. بر مبنای آنالیز t-testو آزمون کروسکال والیس در صفات مورفومتریک تفاوت معنی‌ داری مشاهده نگردید. اما در صفت مریستیک (منافذ پیش مخرجی) تفاوت معنی‌ دار مشاهده گردید که نشان‌ دهنده‌ دوشکلی جنسی در این گونه می‌ باشد. هم چنین با استفاده از آنالیز pca مشخص شد که تمایز مشخصی بین جنس نر و ماده براساس صفات مورفومتریک و مریستیک وجود ندارد.

Study of Morphometric and Meristic Characteristics of Keeled rock gecko (Cyrtopodion scabrum) in Golestan Province

Lizards have significant roles in lifecycle and are related to humans either directly or indirectly. Identifying the fauna of a region is the most necessary and significant biological and fundamental research on it. Golestan province has a variety of climates due to its special geographical location. In this study, 26 specimens of keeled rock gecko, Cyrtopodion scabrum were collected from different areas of Golestan province since 2017 by hand. Colorful photos were taken; then fixed in alcohol 75% and finally identified using valid keys. 14 morphometric and 13 meristic characters were studied in all specimens. Sexes of the adult specimens were determined by observing the preanal pores (PAN) in males and their absence in females, and finally, with a brief dissection of the specimens and observation of genital glands. Analysis of data descripted using SPSS (version 22), Ttest, Kruskal Wallis Test and PCA were analyzed Slight differences between mean of characters of males and females were observed based on descriptive analysis. It was not observed significant difference in morphometric characters between two sexes based on the analysis of Ttest. Meristic characters (preanal pores) had significant difference, indicating sexual dimorphism in this species. Also, PCA analysis revealed that there is no separation between males and females based on morphometric and meristic characters.
