تشخیص افتراقی 4 گونه از خانواده های trochidae و turbinidae در مناطق بین کشندی جزیره هرمز (خلیج فارس) براساس بررسی ساختار سوهانک با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی نگاره

سوهانک مشخصه مهمی در مطالعه سیستماتیکی گاستروپودها می باشد. هدف ازتحقیق حاضر، تشخیص افتراقی شکم پایان خانواده های trochidae وturbinidae  در مناطق بین کشندی جزیره هرمز توسط مطالعه سوهانک با استفاده از میکروسکوپ الکترونی نگاره بود. نمونه برداری گاستروپودها در فصل بهار 1395 و از 6 ایستگاه در مناطق بین کشندی جزیره هرمز و عمق کم تر از یک متر انجام شد. نمونه ها بلافاصله فریز شده و به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. پس از مطالعه مورفومتریک، مواد آلی نمونه ها هضم و سوهانک جدا شده و توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در مطالعه حاضر، 4 گونه شامل trochus firmus، trochus erithreus و turbo radiatus شناسایی شدند. نوع سوهانک در گونه های trochus firmus، trochus erithreus و lunella coronata ریپیدوگلوسان بود که شکل دندان های مرکزی، جانبی و حاشیه ای در این سه گونه تفاوت داشت.نوعسوهانکدرگونه turbo radiatusتنیوگلوسانبود.نتایجتحقیق حاضر دلالت بر این دارد که بررسی سوهانک توسط میکروسکوپ الکترونی نگاره روش مناسبی برای شناسایی دقیق تر گاستروپودها م ی باشد.

Differential identification of four species of Trochidae and Turbinidae families (Gastropods) in intertidal zone of Hormuz island (Persian Gulf) by the microstructure of the radula

The radula has been used as an important instrument in the systematic studies of gastropods. Aim of the present study was differential identification of the Trochidae and Turbinidae families of gastropods from the intertidal areas of Hurmoz Island by scanning electron microscope (SEM). Sampling was done from six stations in intertidal areas of Hurmoz Island in spring 2015 (once). The samples were freeze and transferred to laboratory. After morphometric study, the organic matter of the samples were digested and their radula were isolated and prepared for SEM study. Four species were identified in this research including Trochus firmus, Trochus erithreus (Trochidae), Turbo radiatus and Lunella coronata (Turbinidae). They existed in 3 stations. The types of radula were ripidoglossan in Trochus firmus, Trochus erithreus and Lunella coronata and taenioglossan in Turbo radiatus. The shape of central, lateral and marginal teeth were different in ripidoglossan radula of in Trochus firmus, Trochus erithreus and Lunella coronata. So, evaluation of radula by Scanning Electron Microscope could be an appropriate method for more exact identification of gastropods.
