A group g is said to be a c-tidy group if for every element x 2 g n k(g), the setcyc(x) = fy 2 g j hx; yi is cyclicg is a cyclic subgroup of g, where k(g) = t x2gcyc(x). in this short note we determine the structure of finite c-tidy groups.
