تاثیر امنیت انرژی بر امنیت غذایی: رویکرد اقتصاد سنجی فضایی

امنیت غذایی به عنوان شاخص ثبات اقتصاد کلان، زیربنای اساسی امنیت اقتصادی کشورها و یکی از مهم ترین پیش ن یازهای توسعه پایدار است. از س وی دیگر تولید و توزیع غذا انرژی بر است و انرژی برای دست یابی به امنیت غذایی ضروری است. در این راستا هدف اصلی این مطالعه بررسی میزان تاثیرگذاری امنیت انرژی بر امنیت غذایی در گروه کشورهای منتخب خاورمیانه می باشد. نتای ج برآورد مدل با استفاده از اقتصادسنجی فضایی در دوره زمانی 2023-2000 نشان داد که امنیت انرژی تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری بر امنیت غذایی در گروه کشورهای منتخب خاورمی انه دارد. اثر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم امنیت انرژی نیز مثبت است، به این معنا که افزایش امنیت انرژی نه تنها امن یت غذایی در گروه کشورهای منتخب خاورمیانه را بهبود بخشیده است، بلکه اثرات سرریز آن به طور متوسط سبب بهتر شدن امنیت غذایی در کشورهای مجاور نیز شده است. از منظر نوآوری، این پژوهش از چند جهت متمایز است: نخست، استفاده از مدل های اقتصادسنجی فضایی به جای تحلیل های مقطعی یا سری زمانی ، امکان بررسی ارتباطات بین کشوری و اثرات سرریز را فراهم کرده است. دوم، تمرکز بر پیوند میان امنیت انرژی و امنیت غذایی در کشورهای خاورمیانه با تاکید بر تعاملات فضایی، خلا موجود در ادبیات داخلی و بین المللی را پر می کند. این مطالعه می تواند مبنایی برای طراحی سیاست های منطقه ای در حوزه انرژی و غذا باشد و مسیر تازه ای برای پژوهش های آینده در زمینه همگرایی امنیتی در خاورمیانه بگشاید.

the impact of energy security on food security: a spatial econometric approach

food security, as an indicator of macroeconomic stability, is the fundamental foundation of countries' economic security and one of the most important prerequisites for sustainable development . on the other hand, food production and distribution are energy-intensive, and energy is essential for achieving food security. in this regard, the main objective of this study is to examine the impact of energy security on food security in a selected group ofmiddle eastern countries.the results using spatial econometrics in the period 2000-2023 showed that energy security has a positive and significant impact on food security in the selected group of middle eastern countries. the direct and indirect effects of energy security are also positive, meaning that energysecurity has not only improved food security in the selected group of middle eastern countries, but its spillover effects have also moderately improved food security in neighboring countries. from an innovation perspective, this study is distinguished in several ways. first, the use of spatial econometric models, instead of conventional cross-sectional or time-series analyses,makes it possible to examine inter-country linkages and spillover effects.second, the focus on the relationship between energy security and food security in middle eastern countries with an emphasis on spatial interactions fills a gap in both domestic and international literature. this study can serve as a foundation for designing regional policies in the fields of energy andfood and can open a new path for future research on security convergence in the middle east.
