زیست قدرت در ادبیات علمی تخیلی عربی، خوانشی فوکویی از رمان «السید من حقل السبانخ» اثر صبری موسی

ادبیات علمی- تخیلی یکی از انواع ادبی است که پس از جنگ جهانی دوم و صنعتی شدن جوامع در ادبیات داستانی مطرح شده است. یکی از مهم‌ترین درون‌مایه‌های این نوعِ ادبی، پرداختن به مسائل اجتماعی و انسانی است که در ادبیات عربی جلوه ویژه‌تری یافته است. ادبیات علمی- تخیلیِ عربی پیرامون موضوع قدرت مفهوم‌سازی می‌کند که به نظر می‌رسد تا حدی نزدیک به تئوری «زیست قدرت» در اندیشۀ میشل فوکو است. رمان «السید من حقل السبانخ» اثر صبری موسی یکی از برجسته‌ترین آثار علمی- تخیلی عربی است که این تحقیق در تلاش است با تکیه بر تئوری «زیست قدرت»، به خوانش جدیدی از این رمان بپردازد تا مشخص شود که چگونه یک اثر علمی- تخیلی عربی دربارۀ «قدرت» مفهوم‌سازی می‌کند. این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیلی- نقدی به بررسی این رمان پرداخته و نتایج به‌دست‌آمده حاکی از آن است که این رمان تا حد زیادی منطبق با تئوری زیست قدرت است؛ نویسنده در این رمان قدرتی را به نمایش می‌گذارد که نه‌تنها در یک قالب نرم اعمال می‌شود بلکه همانند هوایی که تنفس می‌شود و در تمامی روابط اجتماعی جاری و ساری است و بر تمام جنبه‌های زندگی شهروندان تاثیر می‌گذارد و اعمال قدرت نه بر کشتن بلکه بر زندگی بخشیدن تکیه دارد و رژیم حاکم تضمین‌کننده زندگی سالم و امن برای تمامی شهروندان است. این نوع از قدرت در بطن جامعه بروز پیدا کرده است که همه شهروندان را هم به شکل فردی نظارت می‌کند و هم جمعیت را به‌مثابۀ یک موجود زنده تحت نظارت خود دارد.

bio-power in arabic sci-fi, foucault’s reading of the novel al-sayyid min haql al-sabankh by sabri musa

sci-fi is one of the types of literature that has been introduced in fiction after the world war ii and the industrialization of societies. one of the themes of this literary genre is the study of social and human issues that are more important in arabic literature. arabic science fiction literature conceptualizes the subject of power, which seems to be very close to michel foucault’s theory of bio-power. the novel al-sayyid min haql al-sabankh by sabri musa is one of the most prominent arabic science-fiction works. this study seeks to take a new look at the novel al-sayyid min haql al-sabankh based on the bio-power theory to discover how an arabic science-fiction work conceptualizes power. this research has examined this novel using a qualitative method and analytical-critical approach, and the obtained results indicate that this novel is largely consistent with foucault’s theories on bio-power. in this novel, the author demonstrates a power that is not only applied in a soft form, but also like the air that is breathed. it is current in all social relations and affects all aspects of citizens’ lives. and the exercise of power is not based on killing but on giving life, and the ruling regime guarantees a healthy and safe life for all citizens. power in this novel manifests itself in a different way in society and controls all citizens, both individually and as a population, and this is exactly the bio-power in foucault’s thought
