چکیده
|
The yield, chemical composition and the antibacterial properties of the oil extracted from the kernels of the argan tree region of bechar (algeria) were studied. the average composition of the oil of kernels argania spinosa is 39% relative to the dry matter. several compounds were identified by gc / ms including sterols,tri- terpenes, tocopherols (vitamin e or f),oleic and linoleic acid. argan oil has shown a positive effect on resistant strains studied in particular staphylococcus aureus and staphylococcus white. bacteria resistant strains are sensitive to the presence synergistic effect of peppermint oil, with remarkable growth inhibition diameter for white staphylococcus.
