   Morphophysiological characterization of the toxicity of ZnO (manufactured nanoparticle) on the snail Helix aspersa bioindicator of environmental pollution [Caractérisation Morphophysiologique de la Toxicité du ZnO (Nanoparticule manufacturée) sur l'escargot l' Helix aspersa bio indicateur de pollution de l'environnement]

چکیده    In this study we were interested in assessing the impact of a metal nanoparticle (zno) and their effects on body of the snails helix aspersa bioaccumulator,bioindicator of environmental pollution and human health. it is a subchronic toxicity study (28 days) through the digestive absorption. the toxicity of zno is determined in the snail helix aspersa using a bioassay conducted in laboratory animals exposed to increasing concentrations of zno (500 µg / g,1000 µg / g,5000 µg / g,10000 µg / g,15 000 µg / g).the first results show that the presence of metallic nanoparticles zno growth inhibition caused dose-dependent estimated concentrations that inhibit 50[%] (ec50: estimated concentration that reduces the growth rate by 50[%] compared to control),75[%],90[%] and 100[%] of growth were calculated for (4) weeks and are as follows: for the first week ec50 = 3842.33 µg/g,ec75 = 9134 µg/g,ec90 = 12309 µg/g,ec100 = 14425.67µg/g,for the second week ec50 = 1727.11 µg/g,ec75 = 4560.44 µg/g,ec90 = 6260.44 µg/g,ec100 = 7393.78 µg/g for the third week ec50 = 2624.75 µg/g,ec75 = 4529.75 µg/g,ec90 = 5669.75 µg/g,ec100 = 6429.75 µg/g and for the fourth week ec50 = 2403.3 µg/g,ec75 = 4308.3 µg/g,ec90 = 5448.3 µg/g,ec100 = 6208.3 µg/g. in addition,the highest concentration that has no effect (noec) (no observed effect concentration) is 1000 µg / g and the lowest concentration that had an effect (loec) (lowest observed effect concentration) 5000 µg /g. the inhibition of growth is also represented by a weight loss in the snail helix aspersa and a decrease in shell weight,reduced dose - dependent on the weight of the soft tissues with a higher percentage of mortality.
