Establishment of a set for the treatment of wastewater from a Hammam filter and reuse in irrigation of a united farm in suburban of Casablanca [Mise en place d'un filtre planté pour le traitement des eaux usées d'un Hammam et leur réutilisation dans l'irrigation d'une ferme solidaire dans le périurbain Casablancais]

In the context of scarcity,irregularity and pressure on water resources in a country like morocco,treatment and reuse of wastewater is an alternative to increasing demand and generates a valuation in a vision of sustainable development. it is the case in douar ouled ahmed where a constructed wetland was installed to purify the outflow of a hammam (public bath) in order to reuse it for irrigation of a small shared farm. the dimensioning was based on the characterization of the available water and a monitoring based on the physicochemical and bacteriological characterization of treated water was set up in order to follow the treatment efficiency of the device comparing different methods treatment and varying the flow under the local climatic conditions. such a project allows: a strong reduction of harmful effects,agricultural development,training of women in agro-ecology,creation of social bonds in a context of rural environment,the appreciation of water resources and the poverty reduction.
