As part of the sewerage master liquid of greater casablanca,lydec,as manager of local sanitation,was asked to implement a policy of rational asset renewal for the period 2013-2017. it recommends that the renewal of 522 km or about 15 km / year for each prefectural direction. by exploiting the lydec's database,an assessment of network failure has been established which covers the rate of fouling of pipes,customer complaints,major repairs and inspections camera.. the application of the multi-criteria analysis method on the remediation casablanca-anfa network was revealed that 14 among 76 sectors are in a degraded state.
