چکیده    To extract the zinc content in industrial liquid waste we used solid-phase extraction. we chose as a solid support bentonite (maghnia). di(2,4,4- trimethyl) phosphinic acid (cyanex 272) was introduced into bentonite by using two methods: a dry impregnation method,and an intercalation method. the solids obtained were characterized by physico-chemical methods (dta/tga,xrd,ir) to determine the interlayer distance and the content of the ligand. the extraction conditions of zinc by these solids have been optimised (ph,contact time,content ligand,solid capacity). the capacities for cyanex 272 impregnated by dry method and intercalation method are found 0.320 mmol/ g and 0.200 mmol/ g respectively. in both cases,there are an excess of ligand immobilized we can suppose the formation of complexe type znl2 with the solid obtained by dry method and znl2 hl by intercalation method.
