چکیده
|
In this present study,we evaluated the purifying power of a new bio-flocculant,extracted from the pad of opuntia ficus indica (ofi) in treatment of wastewater prepared in our laboratory. the study was performed on samples loaded with zinc and suspended solids (ss). the treatment is based on coagulation with lime,followed by flocculation with our new product. the latter showed a very significant effect on the elimination of zinc and ss with a yield of around 96% and 99% respectively.
