   Enhancement of the aqueous extract of the bark of Punica granatum fruit through the study of its antimicrobial and antioxidant activities [Valorisation de l'extrait aqueux de l'écorce de fruit de punica granatum par l'étude de ses activités antimicrobienne et antioxydante]

چکیده    The aqueous extract of the bark of punica granatum fruit of the north western region of morocco (taounate) is used to evaluate its antimicrobial activity against staphylococcus aureus,listeria monocytogenes,escherichia coli,penicillium expansum and candidum geotricum diffusion of one part,and analyze both the rate of total polyphenols by the folin-ciocalteu's antioxidant and the diphenylpicrylhydrazyl (dpph) secondly. the results of this study shows that the extract contains total polyphenols and 18μg/mg a remarkable antimicrobial effect from 0,12mg / ml of extract for staphylococcus aureus (inhibition diameter of 9,03 ± 0,15mm) and listeria monocytogenes (9,30 ± 0,12mm),0,31mg / ml for e. coli (10,04 ± 0,03mm) and geotricum candidum (3,10 ± 0,08mm) and 0,62mg / ml for penicillium expansum (2,40 ± 0,05mm)). moreover,the test of the aqueous extract by dpph shows anti-radical of about 87,43% activity and therefore extract from the bark of punica granatum fruit has an important antioxidant.
