Adsorption of orthophosphate ion and the sulphates of the plant homogenate dried (C. edulis): Application to wastewater in WWTP M'zar [Adsorption des ions orthophosphates et sulfates par le broyât d'une plante desséchée (C. Edulis ): Application aux eaux usées de la STEP M'Zar]

The adsorption is recognized as one of the best techniques of water treatment. those last years,works focuses on the search for new materials,cheaper and with good potential adsorbent. the purpose of this work is to improve the performance of a wastewater treatment plant (wwtp) based on infiltration- percolation on sand by introducing a biomaterial adsorbent,abundant and inexpensive with good adsorptive performance was demonstrated in our research. the results obtained with the settled sewage and treated wastewater are important and have interesting purifying efficiency: 60% for orthophosphate and 76% for sulphate.
