   Characterization of the soils in North Morocco (Loukkos area) [Caractérisation des sols du Nord du Maroc (Bassin Loukkos)]

چکیده    This research for characterization of the soils in agricultural sector in north of morocco in loukkos area.the theme of the research fit sustainable development policy pursued by the national authorities. in this context that the present study provides the characterization of three soil types representative of loukkos in north of morocco (size fractionation,the distribution of organic matter,total organic carbon (toc),the total nitrogen and carbonate content) . soils studied respectively called r'mel,tirs and dehs were sampled in a zigzag pattern at 40 cm in depth. the distribution of the organic matter was determined by using two methods,loss in ignition and the black -walkley method in different diameters fractions,2mm,1 mm,500μm,250 μm,125 μm and 63 μm respectively,in order to obtain the fraction of the soils,extremely coarse,coarse,medium,fine,very fine and silty. the total nitrogen and total organic carbon were determined by the kjeldahl method and by coulometry using a 702 coulomat. the relationship between om (organic matter) of the fine fraction (<63μm) and om of the total fraction (om <63μm/tom %) is very important especially in the fine fraction of all soils studied. the ratio exceeds 60% for the soil r'mel,29% for tirs and 47% for dehs. the fine soils represent the highest reports. the lowest ratios were found in the following fractions 125
