چکیده
|
The ru-sn system has been assessed by means of the calphad approach. the liquid phase has been described with the association solution model with ‘ru_3sn_7’ as an associated complex. the solution phases ( (ru) and (sn)) were modeled with the sublattice formalism and the excess term of the gibbs energy with the redlich-kister equation. the ru_2sn_3 and ru_3sn_7 phases have been treated as stoichiometric compounds. the calculated phase diagram and the thermodynamic properties of the system are in satisfactory agreement with the experimental data.
