چکیده
|
This study aims to investigate the content of lead in most frequently used brands of cosmetics products in morocco.100 samples of kohl (kohl powder,galena,eye pencils and paste) were selected taken from large cosmetic stores in morocco. and lead of them is analyzed using a fast sequential atomic absorption spectrometer (saafs 240).the results showed that the concentrations of lead in kohl samples were within the range of 0.01mg/g and 973.8 mg/g. there were significant differences between the averages of lead content in different brands of the kohl samples. thus the continuous use of these cosmetics can increase the absorption of heavy metals especially lead into the human body.
