Valorization of waste marble and natural pozzolan in mortars [Valorisation du déchet de marbre et de la pouzzolane naturelle dans les mortiers]

This study aims to valorization of marble powder and natural pozzolan as an addition in the building materials to cementitious matrix.the main purpose of this study is to highlight the possibility of recycling the marble waste and used as an addition in concrete.the study is a characterization of materials which allow for the formulation of mortars based on the natural pozzolan and marble powder. in this sense,we studied a series of runs,varying the rate of addition of the pozzolan and that of marble powder and the rate of the adjuvant. a comparison of the results with a control mortar without addition is established. xrd analyzes were conducted on different materials.
