   Ethno-medicinal and traditional phytotherapy of plants used in bouhachem natural regional park Rif of Morocco -case of tazroute district

چکیده    An ethnobotanical study of medicinal plants and their uses in traditional phytotherapy was conducted by using 650 question cards,in tazroute district,which is a part of bouhachem naturel regional park. the results showed that 63% of respondents use traditional medicine alone,23% combine traditional medicine and modern medicine,while about 14% use modern medicine only. traditional medicine in tazroute was widespread. indeed,we identified 104 medicinal plant species belonging to 48 botanical families,which are used in traditional herbal medicine. spontaneous species represented 48% which 91% are collected from the inside of tazroute district. in fact,this situation shows that this district is rich in medicinal plants. family lamiaceae (24%),asteraceae (7%),lauraceae (5.5%),fabaceae (5.5%),myrtaceae (5%),apiaceae (4.5%),brassicaceae (4%) and poaceae (3.5%) are the most used in the study area. the results also show that the decoction is the most dominant mode of preparation (29%) followed by cataplasm (16%). more species are used for internal or oral administration (66.7%) compared with external,or local ones (mask (11.4%) and bandage (10.6%). the local population to cure or reduce principally gastrointestinal ailments (19.64%),metabolic disorders (17.5%),respiratory infections (12.5%) and skin diseases (11.2%) employ all these plants. the foliage is the most used plant part (24%) followed by seed (19%) and fruit (15%). on the other hand,the interview results indicate that collection for selling medicinal plants contributed mostly to improve the women's income in tazroute district.
