   Simultaneous electrochemical determination of glucose and ethanol on glassy carbon electrode modified with nickel oxides

چکیده    In this paper we present the simultaneous electrocatalytic oxidation of glucose and ethanol,in alkaline solution,at a glassy carbon electrode (gce) modified with nickel oxides. this electrochemical sensor has the particularity to separate the oxidation peaks of glucose and ethanol by more than 100mv,allowing their dosage simultaneously. the proposed electrochemical sensor has a fast response to the simultaneous oxidation of ethanol with a sensitivity of 1.0 10-3 a l mol-1 in the range 0 - 9.3 10-2 mol l-1,with a limit of detection of 7.2 10-3 mol l-1,and glucose with a sensitivity of 5.0 a l mol-1 in the range 0 - 3.0 10-5 mol l-1 and with a limit of detection of 2.9 10-6 mol l-1.
