   X-ray diffraction and mössbauer studies of NiFe2O4 nanoparticles obtained by co-precipitation method

چکیده    Spinel nickel ferrite nife2o4 nanoparticles were synthesized by co-precipitation method and annealed at different temperatures 600,800 and 1000°c. the structural and magnetic properties of the nanoparticles are characterized by thermogravimetric analysis,x-ray diffraction and mössbauer spectrometry. the lattice parameter,the crystallite size and the cation distribution have been determined by rietveld method for the sample annealed at 1000°c. the hyperfine parameters are determined by mössbauer spectrometry at room temperature. the hyperfine field increases with crystallite size.
