   Influence of E short glass fiber and glass texture reinforcement mode and rate on the mechanical performances of resin concretes [Influence du mode et du taux de renforcement par fibres de verre courtes E et tissu de verre sur les performances mécaniques de bétons de résine]

چکیده    Glass fiber reinforced polyester resin concrete was prepared using a new formulation based on an empirical method having a concept of rate saturation of sand with resin. the saturation is obtained at a rate of 27% of polyester resin. a mixture of 60% of fine sand and 40% of mid sand is appeared as the optimal mixture adopted. ratio g/s = 1 giving the best strengths in bending and in compression was used as a reference. the evolution of compressive and flexural strength according to rate of reinforcement follows a linear law. this made it possible to model the prediction of the mechanical behavior by empirical approach of a mixture law based on the homogenization method. these resin concretes appearing as smart materials can constitute an alternative to ordinary concrete in the fields of damaged work repair,and also the realization of structural elements exposed to chemical and climatic attacks. © 2016.
