|
In this paper,the finite volume method is used for the computation of a supersonic laminar flow. as an application,we consider the flow over a compression corner with different angles. the inviscid fluxes are approximated using steger and warming flux vector splitting method with the muscl approach to increase the spatial accuracy. the transport properties (viscosity and conductivity) which are functions of two independent thermodynamic parameters (t,p),are calculated using a centered scheme. the performance of the method that is used here is shown by some comparisons with other results. © 2017,university of mohammed premier oujda morocco.
