PREPARATION AND DESIGN OF E-CONTENT, RELYING ON THE LANGUAGE (TO SERVE PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS)

This paper presents a technique for preparing learning contents relying on languages and e-learning technology to serve people with special needs. the paper reviews in details the model of creating each content using educational hypermedia that suite each student depending on his/her educational background. in addition, the paper introduces the inter-systems framework that enables the author to move from build once-use once scenario to build once-use many scenario, where an author may use all contents and documents regardless of authoring environment. finally, the paper presents a methodology used to build a learning management system (lms) for people with special needs, where the lms enables students to use mobile learning technology, contents management technology, and interactive learning technology.
