چکیده
|
In this paper, the use of object oriented design patterns in developing e-business applications is evaluated. the e-banking business model is chosen as a case study. the evaluation is made on two fund transfer applications running on different platforms. e-business applications require a considerable design reuse, flexibility, and maintainability, which are the most important benefits of design patterns. consequently, the application of design patterns to e-business applications improves the quality characteristics of the software. for the quantitative evaluation, the fund transfer applications are being analyzed by reverse engineering techniques and software metrics are calculated.
