|
In this study an algorithm for mold-filling simulation with consideration of surf acetension has been developed based on a sola vof scheme. as the governing equations, thenavier-stokes equations f or incompressible and laminar flows were used. we proposed a way ofconsidering surface tension in mold-jilling simulation. the proposed scheme for surface tensionwas based on the continuum surface f orce (csf) model; we could confirm the remarkableeffe ctiveness ofthe surf ace tension by experiment which concluded in very positive outcome.
