چکیده    The effect ofprecipitation of (beta).qss. and gahnite phases during heat treatment of glassfrits in the zno-alzorsioz system on the mechanical property of resulting glass-ceramicspecimens were investigated. it was shown that gahnite glass-ceramics had higher bend strengthand toughness values than fj.qss' ones. the results are attributed to the higher modulus ofelasticityas well as higher thermal expansion coefficient ofgahnite relative to the residual glass phase.
