   resonance phenomenon and structural properties of fe substituted pzt ceramics prepared by the sol-gel method

چکیده    In this paper, pb1-xfex(zr0.52ti0.48)o3 (pfzt) nano-size powders, in which x changed from 0.00 up to 0.20, were synthesized, using the sol-gel method. the pfzt samples were characterized by x-ray diffraction (xrd), raman spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy (sem), and impedance spectroscopy. according to the experimental results, a combination of rhombohedral and tetragonal symmetries was seen in all the samples. the sem investigation indicated that the grains were homogeneous with regular morphology, and the average grain size changed with fe concentration. the dielectric characterizations showed that the dielectric permittivity increases with increasing temperature, and the fe amount shifts down the temperature of transition. moreover, a dielectric resonance phenomenon is observed for all the pfzt ceramics.
