the mediating role of entrepreneurial innovation in the impact of environmental policy on performance: evidence from iran's steel industry

This study aimed to investigate the role of entrepreneurial innovation as a mediating variable in the relationship between environmental policy instruments, organizational learning, intellectual capital, and organizational performance at mobarakeh steel company of isfahan. the statistical population consisted of 300 managers and experts from this company, of whom 171 were selected as the sample using simple random sampling. the present study is applied in terms of purpose, employing a descriptive-survey methodology. data were collected through standard questionnaires and analyzed using structural equation modeling. the findings indicated that environmental policy instruments, organizational learning, and intellectual capital have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial innovation. furthermore, entrepreneurial innovation plays a key mediating role in enhancing organizational performance across economic, social, and environmental dimensions. the results provide an integrated framework for understanding the interplay between these factors, emphasizing the need for industrial managers to enhance organizational learning and intellectual capital, while adopting green policies to foster entrepreneurial innovations and improve organizational performance.

نقش میانجی نوآوری کارآفرینانه در تاثیر سیاست‌های زیست‌محیطی بر عملکرد سازمانی: شواهدی از صنعت فولاد ایران

این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نقش نوآوری کارآفرینانه به عنوان متغیر میانجی در رابطه بین ابزارهای سیاست زیست‌محیطی، یادگیری سازمانی و سرمایه فکری با عملکرد سازمانی در شرکت فولاد مبارکه اصفهان انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل 300 مدیر و کارشناس از این شرکت بود که از میان آن‌ها 171 نفر به عنوان نمونه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ابزارهای سیاست زیست‌محیطی، یادگیری سازمانی و سرمایه فکری تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر نوآوری کارآفرینانه دارند و این متغیر نیز به نوبه خود، نقشی کلیدی و میانجی در تقویت عملکرد سازمانی (اقتصادی، اجتماعی و زیست‌محیطی) ایفا می‌کند. نتایج چارچوبی یکپارچه برای درک تعامل این عوامل ارائه می‌دهد و بر ضرورت توجه مدیران صنعتی به ارتقای یادگیری سازمانی و سرمایه فکری و همچنین اتخاذ سیاست‌های سبز برای پرورش نوآوری‌های کارآفرینانه و بهبود عملکرد سازمانی تاکید می‌کند.
