investigating the role of environmental criteria in the selection of steel suppliers using the vicor technique in the context of fuzzy data

Considering the various pollutions caused by human activity, especially in the industry, which has led to the destruction of the environment and the reduction of the quality of human life, it has prompted human societies and governments to consider the issue of the environment as a concern and the important challenge in today’s post-industrial age should be given more attention. manufacturing companies and industries such as steel should also design and implement their production approach based on environmental standards to reduce this concern. one of the environmental factors in the steel industry is the choice of a green supplier, the present study is carried out using fuzzy vicor multi-criteria decision-making processes in order to evaluate the environmental performance of suppliers. a supplier with the highest score is ranked number one. this means that the supplier has the highest environmental performance. vicor technique selects and ranks the best supplier from among the options available in the supply chain. the total size of the statistical population is 30 people from the west asia steel company, all of whom were given their opinion by completing the questionnaire. are according to the findings of the research, the ranking finally, according to the collected data, the ranking of suppliers based on the fuzzy score is s3>s2>s1.

بررسی نقش معیارهای محیط‌زیستی در انتخاب تامین‌کننده فولاد با استفاده از تکنیک ‏ویکور در بستر داده های فازی

با توجه به آلودگی های مختلف ناشی از فعالیت انسان به خصوص در صنعت که منجر به تخریب محیط زیست و ‏کاهش کیفیت زندگی انسانها شده است، جوامع انسانی و دولت ها را بر آن داشته است که مسئله محیط زیست ‏را به عنوان یک دغدغه و چالش مهم در عصر فرا صنعتی امروز بیشتر مورد توجه قرار دهند. شرکتها و صنایع ‏تولیدی نظیر فولاد نیز برای کاهش این نگرانی باید رویکرد تولیدی خود را بر مبنای استانداردهای زیست ‏محیطی طراحی و پیاده کنند. یکی از عوامل زیست محیطی در صنعت فولاد انتخاب تامین کننده سبز می باشد، ‏مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از فرایندهای تصمیم گیری چند معیاره ویکور فازی به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد زیست ‏محیطی تامین کنندگان انجام شد. تامین کننده ای بالاترین نمره را کسب کرده است که رتبه یک را دارد. این ‏بدان معناست که تامین کننده بالاترین عملکرد زیست محیطی را دارد. تکنیک ویکور بهترین تامین کننده را از ‏بین گزینه های موجود در زنجیره تامین انتخاب و رتبه بندی می کند حجم کل جامعه ی آماری 30 نفر از ‏شرکت فولاد غرب آسیا می باشد که تمامی آن ها از طریق تکمیل پرسشنامه، مورد اظهار نظر قرار گرفت. بر ‏اساس یافته های پژوهش، رتبه بندی در نهایت با توجه به تحلیل داده های جمع آوری شده در تکنیک ویکور ‏فازی، رتبه بندی تامین کنندگان سبز بر اساس معیارهای محیط‌زیستی ‏به صورت ‏s3 > s2 > s1‎‏ مشخص ‏گردید.‏
