We report a 4-year-old girl complaining of diplopia and a small lump in the medial side of the left orbit. ct scan showed a mass at the anterior ethmoid sinus with erosion and expansion. the mass was excised and the diagnosis was solitary infantile myofibroma (im).solitary infantile myofibroma, ethmoid sinus, computed tomo-graphy
