از کارآموزی تا کنشگری برای ملی سازی صنعت نفت: صداهای گمشده در هیاهوی ملی شدن نفت

کارآموزان آموزشگاه‌های فنی که نخستین هنرجویان آکادمیک صنعت نفت بودند، از آنجا که شور جوانی را با رنج تحقیر استادان اروپایی شرکت نفت همزمان تجربه کرده بودند گمان داشتند با ملی‌شدن نفت، زمانه با آنان که اولین گروههای متخصص ایرانی نفت بودند، شایسته‌تر خواهدساخت. در کشاکش اعتراضات ملی شدن نفت به میدان آمدند و حادثه خیزترین روزهای نبرد با شرکت نفت و حکومت نظامی خوزستان را رقم زدند. اما پس از ملی شدن نفت حتی به مراتب کمتر از کارگران صنعت نفت دیده شدند و هم‌چون رعد وبرق صدایشان خاموش شد. در روایت‌های تاریخی نقش کارگران باتجربه و اتحادیه‌های کارگری پررنگ‌تر نشان داده شده و به نقش کارآموزان و دانش‌آموزان به اندازه کافی پرداخته نشده است. این‌ مقاله به کارآموزان به عنوان فرودستان و به حاشیه راندگان در این رخداد می‌نگرد. پرداختن به نقش کارآموزان به عنوان یک گروه کمتر مطالعه شده در تاریخ ملی شدن نفت - استفاده دقیق از اسناد آرشیوی بعنوان ابزار مستندسازی ادعاها و تقویت اعتبار پژوهش و همچنین رویکرد چند بعدی مقاله در بررسی انگیزه‌ها، روش‌ها و پیامدهای موضوع مورد بحث از ویژگی های این پژوهش است.

from apprenticeship to activism for nationalizing the oil industry:lost voices in the turmoil of oil nationalization

trainees of technical schools, who were the first academic students of the oil industry, believed that with the nationalization of oil, the time would be kinder to them, the first groups of iranian oil experts. they came to the fore in the protests against oil nationalization and marked the most eventful days of the battle with the oil company and the military government of khuzestan. however, after the nationalization of oil, they were seen even less than the workers of the oil industry, and their voices were silenced like thunder and lightning. in historical narratives, the role of experienced workers and labor unions is highlighted, and the role of trainees and students is not sufficiently addressed. this article looks at the trainees as subordinates and marginalized in this event. addressing the role of trainees as a less studied group in the history of oil nationalization - the careful use of archival documents as a tool to document claims and strengthen the credibility of the research, as well as the article’s multidimensional approach in examining the motivations, methods, and consequences of the topic under discussion are among the characteristics of this research.
