ضرورت‌های اجتماعی پیشرفت فناوری در ایران در سایه تقلید شاهان قاجار از مغرب زمین (مظفرالدین شاه)

پیشرفت فناوری در جوامع گوناگون مسیرهای متفاوتی را طی می‌کند. در ایران نیز در دوره‌های مختلف مسیرهای متفاوتی طی ‌شده‌است. مظفرالدین شاه در سفرهایی که به فرنگ داشت، اجناس زیادی برای عقب نماندن مردم ایران از سایر ممالک با خود به ایران می‌آورد. اما سوال این‌جاست که در حقیقت چه مراحلی طی می‌شده تا این پدیده‌ها در میان مردم رواج یابند؟ این مراحل چه ویژگی‌هایی داشتند؟ چه رابطه‌ای بین مراحل پذیرش پدیده‌های نوین در ایران در این دوران با آن‌چه در دنیا اتفاق می‌افتد وجود دارد؟ و در نهایت چه رابطه‌ای میان مراحل رواج و مولفه‌های پذیرش این فناوری‌ها وجود دارد؟ در این پژوهش به روش توصیفی، تطبیقی و تحلیل تاریخی به بررسی حضور سه فناوری تازه‌وارد در زمان مظفرالدین شاه (سینماتوگراف، اتومبیل و چرخ خیاطی) پرداخته شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که هر سه فناوری در سه مرحله کلی دربار، اشراف و رواج در جامعه ایرانی حضور پیدا کرده‌اند و با توجه به مولفه‌های آگاهی، نیاز، سیستم قدرت، بیگانه‌ستیزی و وضعیت اقتصادی، ایران در آن زمان، نسبت به معیار جهانی با تاخیر بیش‌تری پدیده‌های نوین را پذیرفته است. روش‌های مقاومت در برابر پذیرش هم علاوه بر نفی ایدئولوژیک و نفی عقلانی، شامل اسطوره‌سازی و وحشت بوده است.

Social Necessities of Technological Progress in Iran in the Shadow of West Imitation of Qajar kings (Mozaffaruddin Shah)

The advancement of technology in different societies takes different paths. Iran also different paths have been followed in different periods. Muzaffar alDin Shah on her travels abroad brings a lot of goods with him to Iran so that the Iranian people don’t lag from other countries. But the question is, in fact, what steps were taken to make these phenomena prevalent? What were the features of these steps? What is the relationship between the stages of acceptance of new phenomena in Iran at this time and what is happening in the world? And finally, what is the relationship between the popularity of the technologies and the components of adoption of these technologies? This study is a descriptive, comparative and historical analysis, and the presence of three new technologies during the time of Muzaffar alDin Shah (cinematographer, car and sewing machine) has been studied. The results show that all three technologies are present in three general stages of court, nobles and popularity in Iranian society. And with regard to the components of consciousness, need, power system, alienation, and the economic situation, Iran has at the time accepted the new phenomena with more delay than the global standard. The ways of acceptance resisting include mythology and horror, in addition to ideological and intellectual negation.
