بررسی شخصیت اردشیر بابکان در قالب نظریه کاریزماتیک ماکس وبر

ساختار سیاسی حکومت اشکانیان، تنوع فرهنگی در جامعۀ اشکانی همراه با رویکرد دینی خاص شاهنشاهان اشکانی و تجاوزات پیاپی رومیان به مرزهای غربی قلمرو اشکانیان، بطورکلی شرایط بحرانی را در جامعه ایران قرن دوم و اوایل قرن سوم بوجود آورده بود در چنین شرایطی اردشیر بابکان از یک خاندان مذهبی در ایالت پارس، موفق شد اسباب سقوط حکومت اشکانیان را فراهم آورد و طی دو سال فعالیتهای سیاسی نظامی مستمر، قدرت سیاسی کشور را از خاندان اشک به خاندان ساسان منتقل نماید. توانایی اردشیر در انتقال قدرت از شاهنشاهان قانونی کشور به خاندان خویش که ناشی از درک صحیح او از شرایط بحرانی جامعه بود از یکسو و از سویی دیگر فائق آمدن بر بحرانها و نابسامانیهای سیاسی، نظامی، دینی و اجتماعی جامعه  بواسطۀ داشتن برخی مشخصات و ویژگیهای شخصیتی و رفتاری وی، سبب می شود تا بتوان شخصیت و عملکرد اردشیر را در قالب نظریۀ رهبرکاریزماتیک ماکس وبر تبیین نمود. بدین ترتیب مسئله اصلی این پژوهش، تبیین شخصیت اردشیر بابکان در قالب نظریه کاریزماتیک ماکس وبر است. بررسی ها حاکی از آن است که علاوه بر ویژگی های شخصیتی و رفتاری اردشیر، شرایط اجتماعی و سیاسی جامعه، می توانسته زمینه ساز ظهور رهبری جدید با  ایدئولوژی نو در کشور بوده باشد. یافته های این جستار بیانگر آن است که اردشیر اول ساسانی  با تمامی ویژگیهای شخصیتی، با انجام برخی اقدامات و با توجه ویژه به دین زرتشتی و طرح گفتمان جدید اتحاد دین و دولت برای حل بحران های سیاسی و اجتماعی موجود در جامعه و در نهایت با کناره گیری از حکومت و انتخاب جانشینی شایسته می تواند به عنوان یک رهبر کاریزما مطرح شود. روش تحقیق در این مقاله با توجه به رویکرد جامعه شناختی آن، توصیف و تحلیل داده ها در چارچوب «نظریه کاریزما» و شناسایی ابعاد شخصیت فردی، خاندانی، سیاسی و تاریخی اردشیر بابکان در قالب این نظریه است.

A study of the character of ArdeshirBabakan in the form of Max Weber’s charismatic theory

The political structure of the Parthian government, the cultural diversity in the Parthian society, along with the particular religious’ approach of the Parthian kings and the successive Roman invasions of the western borders of the Parthian Empire, generally created critical conditions in Iranian society in the second and early third centuries, In such circumstances, Ardeshir Babakan from a religious family in the province of Persia, succeeded in providing the cause for the fall of the Parthian government and during two years of continuous political and military activities, transferred the country’s political power from the Parthian family to the Sassanid family. Ardeshir’s ability to transfer power from the legitimate kings of the country to his family, which was due to his correct understanding of the critical situation of society, on the one hand, and overcoming political, military, religious and social crises and disorders by having some personality traits and characteristics. And his behavior makes it possible to explain Ardeshir’s personality and performance in the form of the theory of the charismatic leader Max Weber. Thus, the main issue of this research is to explain the personality of Ardeshir Babakan in the form of Max Weber’s charismatic theory. Studies show that in addition to Ardeshir’s personality and behavioral characteristics, the social and political conditions of the society could have paved the way for the emergence of a new leadership with a new ideology in the country. The findings of this study indicate that Ardashir I Sassanid with all personality traits, by taking some measures and with special attention to the Zoroastrian religion and the design of a new discourse of unity of religion and state to resolve political and social crises in society and finally aside. Taking over the government and choosing a suitable successor can be a charismatic leader. The research method in this article, according to its sociological approach, is to describe and analyze the data in the framework of &Charisma Theory& and to recognize the dimensions of personal, family, political and historical personality of Ardeshir Babakan in the framework of this theory
