بررسی انتقادی نظریۀ سازگاری ایرانی و پیشنهاد نظریۀ دوسویۀ فرهنگی سازگاری- سازش‌کاری ایرانی

در دهۀ 40 خورشیدی کتابی با نام روح ملت‌ها، پیرامون ویژگی‌های ملی شش ملت جهان، در ایران ترجمه شد، سپس با فصلی دربارۀ ایران؛ با نام «سازگاری ایرانی»، از مهدی بازرگان، بازچاپ شد که در آن، ویژگی دیرپا و بارز ایرانیان «سازگاری» که بیشتر زاییدۀ دشواری زندگی کشاورزی در زیست‌بوم ایران است بیان شده است. این نظریه برخی ویژگی‌های نکوهیدۀ اخلاقی و فرهنگی ایرانیان مانند ستم‌گری و ستم‌پذیری را برآمدۀ «سازگاری ایرانی» قلمداد کرده و ریشۀ پایداری حکومتهای خودکامه را نیز در فرهنگ مردم جستجو نموده است. این دیدگاه دست‌مایۀ بسیاری از روشنفکران ایرانی برای نقد فرهنگ ایرانی و سررشتۀ جریانی انتقادی به شمار می‌رود. این مقاله کوشیده است نشان دهد، نقد و تبیین درست این نظریه می‌تواند در اصلاح برداشت‌های نادرست از فرهنگ ایرانی راه‌گشا باشد. در ادامه پس از شرح و بیان این نظریه، و اعتبارسنجی مستندات و دلایل آن، روش پژوهش و یافته‌های آن، واکاوی، بازبینی و نقد شده و برخی از پایه‌ها و یافتههای آن به چالش کشیده شده است. در پایان نیز با نقد، تبیین و تصحیح نظریه «سازگاری ایرانی»، نظریه دوسویۀ « سازگاری سازش‌کاری ایرانی»(سودمند زیانبار) ارائه و پیشنهاد شده است. این نظریه می‌تواند الگوی کارآمدتری برای تحلیل رفتارها و تصمیم‌های مهم تاریخی ایرانیان باشد.

A critical investigation of Iranian compatibility theory And The suggestion of the two-way cultural theory of Iranian Compatibility-Reconciliation

In the solar 40s, a book titled Nations’ Spirit, on the national features of 6 nations, was translated in Iran. Then it was republished including a chapter by Mehdi Bazargan titled &Iranian Compatibility&, in which &compatibility&which is mostly rooted in the hardship of agricultural life is recognized as Iranians’ longlasting and outstanding feature. This theory considers some blameworthy moral and cultural features of Iranians arising from &Iranian compatibility&, and seeks for the root of some dictatorships’ stability in people’s this very culture. This viewpoint has been employed by most Iranian enlightened writer to criticize Iranian culture. The present article tries to show that a correct criticism and interpretation of this theory can help rectify misunderstandings about Iranian culture. Following that, after interpreting this theory, and validating its reasons, the research methodology and its findings have been reconsidered and criticized, and some of them have been challenged. At the end, through the criticism and correction of the theory of &Iranian compatibility&, the twoway theory of &Iranian compatibilityreconciliation& (usefulharmful) has been suggested. This theory can be a more efficient pattern for the analysis of Iranians’ historical behaviors.
