ارائه مدل سازگاری زناشویی بر اساس ساختار قدرت در خانواده با میانجی‌گری عدالت زناشویی در زوجین شاغل در نیروهای مسلح

هدف: هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل سازگاری زناشویی بر اساس ساختار قدرت در خانواده با میانجی‌گری عدالت زناشویی در زوجین شاغل بود.روش: جامعه این پژوهش را زوجین شاغل در نیروهای مسلح شهر تهران در سال 1400-1399 تشکیل دادند که از این جامعه‌، 300 زوج به روش نمونه‌گیری غیرتصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار این پژوهش را پرسش‌نامۀ ساختار قدرت در خانواده سعیدیان (2003)، پرسش‌نامه ادراک عدالت در روابط زناشویی پری (2004) و سازگاریی زناشویی (اسپانیر (1976)) تشکیل دادند. داده‌ها به‌وسیله نرم‌افزار آماری spss22 و ایموس با روش آماری همبستگی و تحلیل مسیر مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد ساختار قدرت خانواده دارای تاثیر مستقیم مثبت بر سازگاری زناشویی (0.81= β و 0.01>p) است. از سویی ساختار قدرت بر عدالت زناشویی دارای اثر مثبت و مستقیم است (0.55= β و 0.01>p) و اثر مثبت و مستقیم عدالت زناشویی بر سازگاری زناشویی مورد تایید قرار گرفت (0.18= β و 0.01>p). همجچنین بررسی نقش میانجی حاکی از آن است که عدالت دارای نقش واسطه‌ گری در بین ساختار قدرت خانواده و سازگاری زناشویی (0.10= β و 0.01>p) است.نتیجه‌ گیری: به‌طور کلی نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مدل پژوهش مبنی بر رابطه ساختار قدرت در خانواده با سازگاری زناشویی و میانجی‌گری عدالت زناشویی در زوجین از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است.

presenting the model of marital compatibility based on the power structure in the family with the mediation of marital justice in couples working in the armed forces

purpose: the main purpose of this study was to present a marital adjustment model based on the power structure in the family with the mediation of marital justice in working couples.method: the population of this research was formed by couples working in the armed forces of tehran in 2020-2021, from which 300 couples were selected by non-random sampling method. the tools of this research were the power structure questionnaire in the saeedian family (2003), the perception of justice questionnaire in perry’s marital relationships (2004) and marital compatibility (spanier (1976)). data were analyzed by spss22 and imus statistical software with correlation and path analysis.findings: the research findings showed that family power structure has a direct positive effect on marital adjustment (β=0.81 and p<0.01).on the other hand, the power structure has a positive and direct effect on marital justice (β = 0.55 and p < 0.01) and the positive and direct effect of marital justice on marital compatibility was confirmed (β = 0.18 and p<0.01). also, the investigation of the mediating role indicates that justice has a mediating role between family power structure and marital adjustment (β=0.10 and p<0.01).conclusion: in general, the results show that the research model based on the relationship between power structure in the family and marital adjustment and the mediation of marital justice in couples has a favorable fit
