پیش‌بینی مقاومت در برابر تغییر براساس سبک‌های دلبستگی و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی

یکی از موضوعات بسیار مهم که افراد با آن مواجه هستند، موضوع مقاومت در برابر تغییر می‌باشد که زندگی افراد را تحت‌الشعاع قرار داده و بر جنبه‌های مختلف آن اثر می‌گذارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش‌بینی مقاومت در برابر تغییر بر اساس سبک‌های دلبستگی و انعطاف‌پذیری‌شناختی انجام گرفت. این پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی کارمندان مرد نیروی انتظامی منطقه 11 شهر تهران در پاییز 1400 می‌باشد که به‌روش در دسترس تعداد 167 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. ابزار مطالعه شامل پرسش‌نامه‌های مقاومت در برابر تغییر اورگ (2003)، سبک دلبستگی بزرگسالان هازن و شیور (1987) و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی (cfi) می‌باشد. داده‌ها با کمک آزمون‌های رگرسیون و همبستگی پیرسون تحلیل شدند. آزمون رگرسیون نشان داد که انعطاف‌پذیری‌شناختی و سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن- اجتنابی و ناایمن- دوسوگرا پیش‌بینی‌کنندة مقاومت در برابر تغییر می‌باشند. همچنین براساس آزمون همبستگی پیرسون، بین مقاومت در برابر تغییر با سبک دلبستگی ناایمن/ اجتنابی، سبک دلبستگی ناایمن/ دوسوگرا و انعطاف‌پذیری‌شناختی رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد. از این‌رو شناخت و شناسایی عوامل و محرک‌های موثر بر مقاومت در برابر تغییر می‌تواند موجب یافتن راه‌حل‌های جدید برای درمان و مهم‌تر از آن پیشگیری شود.

predicting resistance to change based on attachment styles and cognitive flexibility

one of the most important issues that people face is the issue of resistance to change, which overshadows people’s lives and affects its various aspects. the current research was conducted with the aim of predicting resistance to change based on attachment styles and cognitive flexibility. this research was descriptive and correlational. the statistical population of the present study includes all male employees of the police force of the 11th district of tehran in the fall of 2021, and 167 people were selected as the research sample using the available method. the study tools include oreg (2003), hazen and shaver (1987) adult attachment style and cognitive flexibility (cfi) questionnaires. the data were analyzed with the help of regression and pearson correlation tests.the regression test showed that cognitive flexibility and insecure-avoidant and insecure-ambivalent attachment styles predict resistance to change. also, based on pearson’s correlation test, there is a significant relationship between resistance to change with insecure/avoidant attachment style, insecure/ambivalent attachment style and cognitive flexibility. therefore, knowing and identifying the factors and stimuli affecting resistance to change can lead to finding new solutions for treatment and, more importantly, prevention.
