تدوین و اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی رابطه والد نوجوان مبتنی بر صفات سه‌گانه تاریک شخصیت والد نظامی و رابطه والد فرزندی بر سه‌گانه تاریک شخصیت والد

هدف از پژوهش تدوین و اثربخشی برنامه آموزشی رابطه والدنوجوان مبتنی بر صفات سه‌گانه تاریک شخصیت والد نظامی و رابطه والدفرزندی بر سه‌گانه تاریک شخصیت والد بود. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 30 نفر از کارکنان شاغل در مرکز آموزش هواپیمایی نیروی زمینی ارتش در اصفهان در سال 1399 دارای مشکلات مربوط به سه‌گانه تاریک شخصیت بودند که پسر نوجوان داشتند و به‌روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد 30 نفر والد و فرزند نوجوان آن‌ها انتخاب شدند. برای شناسایی والد سه‌گانه تاریک شخصیت پرسش‌نامه‌های شخصیت ماکیاولیسم (کریستی و جیس، 1970)، شخصیت خودشیفته (راسکین و تری، 1988) و شخصیت سایکوپاتی (لوینسون و همکاران، 1995) در میان 450 والد توزیع و 30 نفر دارای نمرات بالا انتخاب شدند، سپس با 30 نفر از فرزندان نوجوان پسر آن‌ها مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته به‌‌عمل آمد. از میان والدین گزینش‌شده تعداد 15 نفر به‌صورت تصادفی در گروه آزمایش و 15 نفر در گروه گواه گمارده شدند. پس از استخراج سه مولفه اصلی هیجانات، آمیختگی و ارتباطات از مصاحبه‌ها و با تکیه بر ویژگی سه‌گانه تاریک شخصیت والد بسته آموزشی رابطه والدنوجوان طراحی و بر روی گروه آزمایش در 16 جلسه 90 دقیقه‌ای اجرا شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره استفاده شد . نتایج نشان داده است که بسته آموزشی طراحی‌شده بر ماکیاولیسم، جامعه‌ستیزی و خودشیفتگی والد نظامی اثربخش است (p<0/05).

Development and Effectiveness of a ParentAdolescent Relationship Training Program Based on the Dark Triple Traits of Military Parent Personality and the ParentChild Relationship on the Dark Triplet of Parent Personality

The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the educational program of parentadolescent relationship based on the dark triangle of military parent personality traits and the parentchild relationship on the dark triangle of parent personality. The study sample consisted of 30 employees working in the Army Ground Aviation Training Center in Isfahan in 2020 had problems related to the dark personality triad who had a teenage son and by purposeful sampling method 30 parents and their adolescent children were chosen. To identify the dark triple parent of personality, the Machiavellian Personality Questionnaire (Christie and Jace, 1970), the narcissistic personality (Ruskin and Terry, 1988) and the psychopathic personality (Levinson et al., 1995) were distributed among 450 parents and 30 had scores. The above were selected, then 30 semistructured interviews were conducted with 30 of their teenage sons. Among the selected parents, 15 were randomly assigned to the experimental group and 15 to the control group. After extracting the three main components of emotions, mixing and communication from the interviews and relying on the dark triple feature of the parent personality, the educational package of the parentadolescent relationship was designed and performed on the experimental group in 16 sessions of 90 minutes. Multivariate analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the designed educational package is effective on Machiavellianism, antisocialism and narcissism of the military parent (p <0.05.)
