کیفیت زندگی، رضایت زناشویی و صمیمیت زناشویی در بین کارکنان نیروی انتظامی (پژوهش کیفی)

مقدمه: کارکنان نظامی به علت حساسیت کار، خطرزایی آن، تغییرات مکرر و احتمال وقوع حوادث پیش‌بینی نشده و نقش کلیدی در برقراری آرامش و امنیت در داخل کشور و جلوگیری از تهدیدات خارجی بایستی مورد توجه ویژه قرار گیرند. هدف پژوهش بررسی کیفیت زندگی، رضایت و صمیمیت زناشویی در بین کارکنان نیروی انتظامی بود.روش: پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و الگوی پدیدارشناسی انجام شد. به این منظور 16 نفر از پرسنل نیروی انتظامی مطابق با اصول روش تحقیق کیفی مورد مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته قرار گرفتند. تمام مصاحبه‌ها ضبط و کلمه به کلمه پیاده شد و کدگذاری گردید و در قالب مضامین اصلی و فرعی طبقه‌بندی شد.یافته‌ها: در این مطالعه 4 درون‌مایه اصلی و چندین درون‌مایه فرعی استخراج شد. درون‌مایه‌های اصلی شامل: رفاقت و صمیمیت با همسر، کیفیت و رضایت از زندگی، از خودگذشتی همسر و انتظارات از همسر، بود. یکی از سوال‌های این تحقیق این بود پرسنل نظامی کیفیت زندگی خود را چگونه ارزیابی می‌کنند؟ در مجموع با توجه به تحلیل بازخوردی به دست آمده می‌توان گفت که کیفیت و رضایت زندگی و صمیمیت زناشویی کارکنان نیروی انتظامی تفاوت زیادی با دیگر افراد جامعه ندارند؛ ولی در بعضی مواقع استرس کاری و مشکلات مالی، زندگی این افراد را تحت تاثیر قرار می‌دهد.نتیجه‌گیری: افرادی که در نیروی انتظامی خدمت می‌کنند از زندگی خود رضایت دارند و روابط مطلوبی را با وجود شرایط کاری با همسران و خانواده خود دارند.

Study of The Life’s Quality, Satisfaction and Marital Intimacy among Staff Members of the Police (Qualitative Research)

Purpose: Military personnel should be given special attention due to the sensitivity of the work, its danger, the frequent changes, and the likelihood of unforeseen events, and the key role in maintaining peace and security at home and preventing external threats. In this study, the life’s quality, satisfaction, and marital intimacy among police’s personnel were studied.Method: The research was carried out with qualitative approach and phenomenological model. To this end, semistructured interview was done for 16 police’s personnel according to the principles of qualitative research methodology. All interviews were recorded and analyzed by the Coliseum method.Findings: In this study, 4 main subjects and several minor subjects were extracted. The main subjects included: Waiting for the wife, Friendship and intimacy with your spouse, Wives’ sacrifice for a better life, Satisfaction with the quality of life and work. One of the questions of this research was how military personnel assess their life’s quality? Overall, according to the feedback analysis, it can be said that the quality and life satisfaction of police’s personnel is not very different from the rest of the population, but in some cases stress and financial problems affect the lives of these people.Conclusion: People who work as a police have satisfaction of their lives and good relationships with their wives and family.
