رابطه صفات تاریک شخصیت و ابرازگری هیجانی با رضایت از زندگی نظامیان

مقدمه: رضایت از زندگی، سازه‌ای است که در سال‌های اخیر به‌عنوان یکی از متغیرهای مرتبط با سلامت و بهزیستی انسان، به‌ویژه در کارکنان نظامی بیش‌ازپیش مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. ازاین‌رو، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه صفات تاریک شخصیت و ابرازگری هیجانی با رضایت از زندگی نظامیان شهر اهواز انجام شده است. روش: روش پژوهش، توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی کارکنان یگان ویژه دادگستری خوزستان (301 نفر) و نمونه پژوهش 104 نفر از این افراد بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های ابرازگری هیجانی (کینگ و آمونز، 1990)، رضایت از زندگی (دینر و همکاران، 1985) و صفات تاریک شخصیت (جنیسون و وبستر، 2010) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از روش‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج نشان داد که بین مولفه‌های صفات تاریک شخصیت با رضایت از زندگی، رابطه منفی و معنی‌داری وجود دارد (0.001>p). همچنین بین ابرازگری هیجانی با رضایت از زندگی نظامیان رابطه معنی‌داری وجود دارد (0.001>p). افزون‌براین نتایج نشان داد متغیرهای ابرازگری و صفات تاریک 31 درصد از تغییرات رضایت از زندگی را تبیین می‌کنند.  بحث: یافته‌های این پژوهش می‌تواند برای برنامه‌ریزان در بهبود وضعیت نظامیان، کاربرد فراوانی داشته باشد.

The Relationship between the Dark Traits of Personality and Emotional Expressiveness with Satisfaction of Life among the Military Personnel in Ahvaz, Iran

Introduction: Satisfaction of life is a construct which has gained attention in recent years as one of the variables related to human health and wellbeing, especially among military personnel, more than ever. Hence, this study was carried out to investigate the relationship between the dark traits of personality and emotional expressiveness with satisfaction of life among military personnel in Ahvaz, Iran. Method: The research method was correlationaldescriptive. The statistical population included all the personnel of the military unit of the justice department in Khuzestan Province (301 people), and the sample consisted of 104 people selected through the multistage cluster random sampling method. To collect data, the Emotional Expressiveness Questionnaire (King & Emmons, 1990), the Life Satisfaction Scale (Dinner et al., 1985) and the Dark Traits of Personality Questionnaire (Jennison & Webster, 2010) were used. Pearson correlation and multiple regression were used to analyze the data. Results: The results indicated that there is a significant negative relationship between the components of dark traits of personality and life satisfaction (p < 0.001). The results further revealed a significant relationship between emotional expressiveness and satisfaction of life among military personnel (p < 0.001). In addition, the results showed that expressiveness and dark traits variables explained 31% of the relationship. Discussion: The findings of this study could greatly help decision makers improve the conditions of military personnel.
