ساخت و اعتبارسنجی پرسشنامه خانواده سالم نظامی ایرانی(imhfq)

مقدمه: مطالعه حاضر با هدف ساخت و اعتباریابی پرسشنامه خانواده سالم نظامی ایرانی انجام شد. روش: پژوهش از نوع مطالعات همبستگی بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل تمامی خانواده­های نظامی شهر تهران بودند. نمونه پژوهش شامل337 نفر از والدین خانواده­های نظامی شهر تهران و به روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند انتخاب شد. ابزارهای مورداستفاده عبارت بودند از مقیاس عملکرد خانواده (fad)، رضایت زناشویی انریچ (enrich) و پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته خانواده سالم نظامی ایرانی (imhfq). برای بررسی روایی سازه از همبستگی درونی و تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی استفاده شد. به‌منظور بررسی پایایی از روش ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و بازآزمایی پس از دو هفته استفاده شد. نتایج: یافته­های پژوهش نشان داد این پرسشنامه از روایی همگرایی و پایایی قابل اطمینان و مناسبی برخوردار است. نتایج تحلیل عاملی نشان داد که این پرسشنامه 70 سوالی به‌ترتیب میزان واریانس تبیین‌شده دارای 5 خرده‌مقیاس زناشویی، فردی، والدگری، اجتماعی و معنوی بود. بحث: باتوجه‌به نتایج این مطالعه، پرسشنامه ساخته‌شده خانواده سالم نظامی جهت نیل به اهداف پژوهشی و درمانی در جمعیت نظامی قابل استفاده است.

Construction and Validation of the Iranian Military Family Health Questionnaire

Introduction: The current research was aimed at constructing and validating the Iranian military family health questionnaire. Method: This is a correlational research work. The research population included all military families in Tehran, Iran. The sample consisted of 337 parents of military families in Tehran selected through the purposive sampling method. The instruments used were the Family Assessment Device, the Enrich Marital Satisfaction Scale and the Iranian Military Family Health Questionnaire which was constructed by the researchers. The construct validity of this questionnaire was evaluated by internal correlation and exploratory factor analysis, and its reliability was verified using Cronbach's alpha coefficient and retest after two weeks. Results: The findings revealed that the questionnaire has sufficient reliability and convergent validity. Factor analysis results further showed that this 70item questionnaire has the 5 marital, individual, parenting, social and spiritual subscales. Discussion: Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the constructed questionnaire can be used for research and treatment purposes in military communities.
