مطالعه تطبیقی مصورسازی سه نسخه خطی از «کتاب‌الحیل» بدیع‌الزمان جزری

بدیع‌الزمان جزری، دانشمند، مهندس، طراح و هنرمند خلاق سده ششم هجری در تمدن اسلامی بوده که 50 دستگاه خودکار را در کتاب الجامع بین‌العلم و العمل النافع فی صناعت‌الحیل مشهور به کتاب‌الحیل به‌همراه مصورسازی شرح داده است. این کتاب که سندی از توانمندی علمی، مهندسی و هنری او است، بارها نسخه‌برداری و بهره‌برداری شده است؛ به‌گونه‌ای که حداقل 20 نسخه از آن در موزه‌های دنیا وجود دارند. اما پژوهش‌هایی که در کشور ما درباره وی و کتاب مصور او خصوصاً با رویکرد تاریخ هنر انجام ‌شده، محدود و ناکافی هستند؛ در حالی که این کتاب، هم از حیث مصورسازی در نسخه‌های خطی متعدد، هم از لحاظ شیوه طراحی محصول و هم به‌واسطه پرداختن به ابزارهای موسیقیایی، از لحاظ تاریخ هنر حائز اهمیت است. در این پژوهش که روش آن توصیفی و تحلیلی است، با هدف مطالعه شیوه‌های مصورسازی کتاب جزری، داده‌های کتابخانه‌ای گردآوری شده و نسخه‌های خطی تاریخی مورد مشاهده، تحلیل و تطابق قرار گرفته‌اند. جامعه مورد مطالعه این پژوهش، نگاره‌ها و مصورسازی‌های کتاب جزری در سه نسخه خطی آن (نسخه مورخ 715 هجری، نسخه 3306 برلین و نسخه 2477 پاریس) بوده که به‌عنوان نمونه، به‌صورت غیراحتمالی، 3 نگاره از آنها انتخاب شده و در نُسخ سه‌گانه، به‌صورت تطبیقی مطالعه شده‌اند. سوال اصلی این تحقیق که هدف پژوهش را مشخص می‌کند این است که در مصورسازی نسخه‌های مختلف کتاب جزری، از چه شیوه‌های هنری استفاده شده است؟ در خلال پژوهش، به این سوالات نیز پاسخ داده می‌شود که؛ چه تفاوت‌ها و شباهت‌هایی میان تصاویر نسخ گوناگون این کتاب وجود دارند؟ مصورسازی کتاب جزری در طی زمان، چه سیر تحولی را طی کرده است؟ و نسخه‌های گوناگون آن، چه ویژگی‌هایی دارند؟ لذا، به بررسی نسخه‌های خطی مذکور پرداخته شد و مشخص شد که نسخه خطی مورخ 715 هجری، کاملاً هنرمندانه و بر اساس مکتب نگارگری عباسی، کتاب‌آرایی شده است؛ اما هر چه از زمان نگارش این کتاب فاصله گرفته شد، از جنبه‌های هنری تصاویر کاسته شد؛ به‌طوری که تصاویر دو نسخه دیگر، تبدیل به مصورسازی‌های فنی و هندسی شده و ارزش‌های هنری بسیار کمتری نسبت به نسخه 715 هجری دارند.

Comparative Study of Illustration of three Manuscripts from the “Kitab al-Hiyal” Written by Badi' al-Zaman al-Jazari

Badi' alZaman alJazari is a scientist, designer and engineer of Islamic civilization in the sixth century AH who lived in the Diyarbakir (South east of turkey), and has 50 new machines in his book ldquo;AlJami' bayn al lsquo;ilm wa 'l lsquo;amal alnafi' fi sina'at alhiyal (A Compendium on the Theory and Useful Practice of the Mechanical Arts) rdquo; has described and illustrated. This book, which is a documentary of his scientific, engineering and artistic abilities, has been copied and exploited many times, with at least 20 copies are available in the museums of the world, but in our country there are few studies, especially about the artistic aspects of this creative designer. In this descriptiveanalytical study, library data and historical manuscripts have been observed, analyzed and adapted. The statistical population of this research is the illustrations of three manuscripts (715 AH edition, no. 3306 of Berlin and no. 2477 of Paris), which, for the statistical sample, have been selected in inaccurately 3 pictures of them and in trivial copies, has been studied comparatively. The main questions of the research, which sets out the purpose of the research, include what are the differences and similarities between the illustrations of the various copies of the book of alJazari? How do the illustrations of this book evolve over time? What are the features of various manuscripts? Therefore, the present manuscripts were examined and it became clear that the manuscript of 715 AH was fully artistic and based on the Abbasi painting school, but since the writing of this book was taken away, the artistic aspects of the images were reduced, so that the images of the two other versions have turned into technical and geometric illustrations, and have much less artistic value than the 715 AH version.
