ارزیابی نقش تحولات عملکردی و کالبدی بر کیفیت روابط فضایی در خانه‌های دوره قاجار (نمونه پژوهشی: تبریز)

خانه از جمله کاربری‌هایی است که پیکره‌بندی آن در دوره قاجار دستخوش تغییرات زیادی شده است. لذا نظر به تغییر در نظام کالبدی خانه، چنین به نظر می‌رسد که روابط عملکردی آن نیز باید شاهد تغییرات زیادی باشند که این امر زمینه پرداختن به موضوع را در پژوهش حاضر فراهم آورده است. از این‌رو، هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تحولات انجام‌گرفته در ساختار کالبدی- فضایی معماری خانه در طول دوره قاجار و ارزیابی این تغییرات بر نظام عملکردی فضاهای مختلف خانه در این دوران است. بر همین اساس، 9 خانه در تبریز متعلق به دوره قاجار به‌عنوان نمونه‌های پژوهشی به منظور بررسی انتخاب شدند. تحلیل ساختار فضایی- عملکردی خانه‌ها با استفاده از تکنیک نحو فضا انجام گرفته که در این ارتباط، از روابط ریاضی نحوی و همچنین نرم‌افزار‌های دپث‌مپ و پلاگین سینتکتیک در گرس‌هاپر به منظور تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن بودند که با گذشت زمان و تغییر در نظام کالبدی خانه در طول دوره قاجار، علی‌رغم تغییر شکلی و مکانی در برخی عناصر و کاربری‌های موجود در خانه، در نظام عملکردی آن تغییرات چندانی حادث نشده‌اند. به‌عبارتی‌دیگر، روابط فضایی به‌عنوان زیرمجموعه روابط عملکردی، با تحولات کالبدی فضا، تغییرات چندانی را به خود نمی‌بینند.

evaluating the role of functional and physical changes on the quality of spatial relations in qajar period houses: a case study of tabriz

one of the urban elements are houses in which their configuration has undergone many changes during the qajar period. therefore, considering the change in the physical system of houses, it seems that their functional relations must have also witnessed many changes, which has provided the basis for dealing with the issue in the current research. therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the changes made in the physical-spatial structure of the architechture of a house during the qajar period and to evaluate these changes on the functional system of different spaces of the house during this period. based on this, 9 houses in tabriz belonging to the qajar period were selected as research samples for the purpose of this investigation. the analysis of the spatial-functional structure of the houses was conducted using the space syntax technique, in this regards, syntactic mathematical relationships, as well as deepstamp software and syntactic plugin in grasshopper, were used to analyze the data. the results of the research indicated that with the passage of time and the change in the physical system of the houses during the qajar period, even though there were changes in the shape and location of some elements and changes in the use of houses, there have not been many changes in its functional system. in other words, “spatial relations” as a subset of functional relations, with the physical transformations of space have not undergone many changes.
