ارزیابی آرای ساکنین محله در چگونگی بناهای میان‌افزا در بافت تاریخی جلفای اصفهان

جلفا، از محلات ارزشمند تاریخی اصفهان با قدمت صفوی است که به دلیل تفاوت فرهنگی مذهبی شهروندان خود، بافت و معماری متفاوت از سایر محلات شهر دارد. مداخلات در بافت‌های تاریخی با رویکردهای گوناگون در سراسر جهان در حال انجام هستند. پژوهش حاضر به منظور پاسخ‌گویی به این سوال که بناهای میان‌افزا در محله تاریخی جلفا چگونه باید باشند، شکل گرفت. پس از بررسی انواع مداخلات و با توجه به نقش کاربران در انواع توسعه، نگرش مردم‌گرایانه، به‌عنوان راهکار مناسب امروزی انتخاب شد و از طریق پرسش‌نامه‌ای که نظر ساکنین جلفا را درباره موضوع مورد بحث آزمود، انجام پذیرفت. در مورد بحث و نیاز به تفسیر و تحلیل مقولات گوناگون در ارتباط با ابنیه، از روش کیفی استفاده شده و در زمینه ارزیابی بناهای میان‌‌افزا در بافت، از قالب پرسش‌نامه بهره گرفته شده است. شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، میدانی و کتابخانه‌ای است. در تدوین پرسش‌نامه، تصاویر مربوط به بافت‌های گوناگون از جمله جلفا با انواع گونه‌های مداخلات از طریق آزمون خبرگان سازمان‌دهی شدند و تصاویر انتخابی به همراه سوالات هماهنگ از تعداد 400 نفر از ساکنین با حداقل ده سال سکونت، مورد پرسش قرار گرفته و تعداد 370 مورد قبول، از طریق نرم‌افزار spss آنالیز شدند. در بررسی هم‌بستگی متغیرهای انواع بناهای میان‌افزا در بافت تاریخی، مشخص شد که ساکنین جلفا با وجود ارتباط معنادار بین معیارهای زیباشناختی مرتبط با بافت و رویکردهای طراحی‌ که دارای حفاظت بیشتر و به سمت هماهنگی با بافت موجود بوده، در طراحی بنای جدید موافق‌تر هستند. یافته‌ها نشان دادند ترجیح ساکنین جلفا درباره رویکردهای مطابقت کامل بنا تا تضاد کامل، به ترتیب از بیشتر به کمتر بوده است.

Evaluating the Residents’ Opinions of the Neighborhood about the Inter-productive Structures in Historical Context of Julfa, Isfahan

Isfahan rsquo;s Julfa neighborhood has been one of the valuable historical neighborhoods related to the Safavid era. It is different from other neighborhoods of the city due to the residents rsquo; culturalreligious differences. Interventions in historical contexts are taking place with a variety of approaches around the world. The present study was conducted to answer this question: What should the interproductive structures in historical context of Isfahan rsquo;s Julfa neighborhood look like? After reviewing the types of interventions and considering the role of users in development types, the populist attitudes as the appropriate statergy was chosen and done through a questionnaire that tested the Julfa residents rsquo; opinions. Regarding the discussion and need to interpret and analyze various categories related to buildings, qualitative method was used, and in the field of evaluating interproductive structures in historical context, a questionnaire has been applied. The required information was gathered by using library and field survey methods. In compiling the questionnaire, images related to various contexts including Julfa were organized with various types of interventions through reporters rsquo; test, and selected images and questions were distributed among 400 native habitants with at least 10 years of residence. The questions answered by 370 participants were analyzed by using SPSS software. By examining the correlation of variables of different types of interproductive structures in historical context, it was found that Julfa residents agree more with the existence of significant relationship between texturerelated aesthetic criteria and design approaches which are more protected and are in harmony with the existing context in designing new buildings. The findings indicate that the preference of Julfa residents over the approaches of complete conformity to complete contrast was from more to less, respectively.
