عملکرد سازمان زنان ایران: مطالعه موردی استان بوشهر (1345 – 1357ش.)

هم‌زمان با انقلاب مشروطه، فقدان مشارکت زنان در صحنۀ سیاست رسمی و حضور فزایندۀ زن ایرانی در جامعه، به‌ویژه فعالیت‌های فرهنگی، سیاسی و حزبی قابل‌مشاهده است. تلاش زنان با سیاست‌های دورۀ پهلوی و سازمان زنان ایران به نقش‌آفرینی مستقیم آن‌ها تا انقلاب اسلامی ادامه داشت. موضوع مقالۀ حاضر عملکرد سازمان زنان در بوشهر (13451357ش) است. حضور بانوان فعال اجتماعی و زنان شاغل، به‌ویژه قشر فرهنگی جامعه، فضاهای متنوع رسمی برای فعالیت زنان را به دنبال داشت. آن‌ها با عضویت در این سازمان، اقدامات مدنی مختلفی چون رسیدگی به محرومان و بینوایان و عیادت از بیماران، تلاش برای اشاعۀ فعالیت‌های فرهنگی، به‌خصوص در حوزۀ سوادآموزی و عرصۀ دانشگاهی را در حوزۀ وظایف اجتماعی و فرهنگی خود به شمار می‌آوردند. دستورالعمل و اهداف کلان سازمان زنان در ایران در مرکز تعیین و به شهرهای مختلف ابلاغ می‌شد. سوال اصلی پژوهش عبارت است از این‌که‌ زنان بوشهری و به‌ویژه سازمان زنان شعبه بوشهر در دورۀ محمدرضا شاهپهلوی چه سهمی در فعالیت و عملکرد سازمان زنان ایران داشته‌‌اند؟ فرضیه پژوهش هم این‌که که زنان بوشهری عضو سازمان زنان ایران، علی‌رغم موانع و شرایط سخت بومی، شرایط لازم برون‌رفت زنان منطقه از انزوای اجتماعی، سیاسی و به‌ویژه در زمینۀ فرهنگی را فراهم و مصدر خدمات اجتماعی مختلفی در بوشهر در دوره محمدرضا شاهپهلوی شدند. پژوهش حاضر با روش توصیفی‌تحلیلی با بهره‌گیری از مطالعۀ اسناد آرشیوی، همراه با مطالعۀ منابع کتابخانه‌ای جهت تحلیل و تبیین یافته‌های پژوهش خواهد بود.

Performance of Iranian Women’s Organization: A Case Study of Bushehr Province (13451357)

Simultaneous with the Constitutional Revolution, the lack of women’s participation in the official politics and the growing presence of Iranian women in society, especially cultural, political and party activities, can be seen. The efforts of women with the policies of the Pahlavi period and the Iranian Women’s Organization continued to play a direct role until the Islamic Revolution. The subject of the present article is the performance of the Women’s Organization in Bushehr (13451357). The presence of socially active women and working women, especially the cultural strata of society, created a variety of formal spaces for the women’s activities. By joining this organization, as their social and cultural duties, they considered various civic activities such as: caring for the deprived and the poor, visiting the sick, and trying to spread cultural activities, especially in the field of literacy and academia. The instructions and goals of the Women’s Organization in Iran were determined in the center and communicated to different cities. The main question of the research is, What role the Bushehri women and especially the Bushehr branch of the Women’s Organization play in the activities and performance of the Iranian Women’s Organization, during the period of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi? The research hypothesis is, Bushehri women who were members of the Iranian Women’s Organization, despite the obstacles and difficult local conditions, provided the necessary conditions for the women in the region to move out of social, political and especially cultural isolation and also provided various social services in Bushehr during the reign of Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi. The present study implements a descriptiveanalytical method using the archival documents and library resources to answer the research question.
